Upstairs, to the right is a double oak door to the master suite, with wool carpet surrounding the bed that leads to the private balcony of brick, with iron railing, overlooking the pool and patio with 27 foot screened outdoor canopy.  The master is huge with a private office behind a small door.  A floor to ceiling fireplace is two-sided, with the other side in the master bedroom.  The master bath is large, with Mexican marble that is also in the foyer, and master closet.  To the right is the double sinks, and cultured marble socking tub.  To the left is an oversized closet, with built-in drawers and closet hangers.  Straight ahead is the private shower, with all marble, floor to ceiling, and bidet and toilet.

From the landing, as you come up the stairs, to the left is a spacious bedroom, with wood shutters, wool carpet, and a walk-in closet.  Down the hallway, is an oak wood floor that continues, with a floor to ceiling tiled bath, with bathtub/shower.  Down the hallway, over the garage are two more bedrooms that share a shower/bathroom with marble covering.  One of the bedrooms has a very large walk-in closet with oak flooring and the other bedroom has carpeting.

Outside the house was built with extra insulation, and the electric bulls have never exceeded $500 per month in the summer, and are just over $300 in the winter months.
