Parkland and South Florida real estate expert Michael Citron discusses in the above YouTube video how many Parkland or South Florida homes buyers should preview before submitting formal offers. There is no magic number, except that buyers should meet with their Realtors and come up with a strategy to look for homes that meet their purchasing criteria. Buyers should first select the city that they want to buy in, then the neighborhood, and then finally the home itself. Buyers should also only preview no more than 5-7 homes per day not to get too confused and forget some details of the homes that they have seen.
Some buyers see one or two homes before buying. However, other buyers may take longer. Make sure that you meet with your local expert Parkland or South Florida real estate agent that can help guide you throughout the process.
