There were 19 total single family sales for the month of February 2014 ranging in price from $325,000 to $1,550,000. Among the February, 2014 sales, 7 were distressed sales (bank foreclosures or short sales). 37% of all sales were distresses ones.
Distressed Sales are still prevalent in Parkland, as more and more underwater homeowners sell their homes either through a short sale or bank foreclosure. In February, 2014 almost 40% of all sales were short sales or bank foreclosures.
