Residents can also join a Greg Norman designed course at Parkland Golf & Country Club, which has yearly membership or resident equity membership. Parkland is widely recognized for its outstanding scholastic achievement in South Florida ranking as one of the top school districts in the state. Broward County Public Schools serves over 274,000 K-12 students and is the nation’s sixth largest fully-accredited school district. Parkland residents also have multiple private schools in neighboring Coconut Creek, Boca Raton, and Coral Springs. Your older children can attend one of eight colleges located within 20 miles from the City of Parkland including: Eight colleges are Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and Nova SouthEastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.
