Parkland Concert In The Park – Fun For The Entire Family

Parkland Parrot Real Estate Team Sponsors Concert In The Park – Elton John Tribute Band

Parkland Resident-Realtor Michael Citron co-sponsors all of the Concerts In The Park with our friends, Dr. Joseph Bogart and Dr. Nina Hersh of the Parkside Health & Wellness Center.  The event last Saturday night at the Pine Trails Park Amphitheater was a blast!  Rocketman Elton John Tribute Band rocked the stage to over 500 Parkland residents.

We also provided free soft serve ice cream and slushies to all attendees.  The Concerts In The Park Series are held each month and is a great event that brings the Parkland community together for an exciting night of music and fun for the entire family.  We look forward to meeting more Parkland residents at upcoming events.  Please visit the City of Parkland’s Concert calendar for this year’s schedule.

Parkland Concert In The Park Elton John Tribute Band This Saturday November 13

Elton John Tribute Band Rocks Pine Trails Park Amphitheater This Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

The Parkland Parrot Real Estate Team along with Parkside Health & Wellness Center are the proud sponsors of this Saturday night’s Concert In The Park with Rocketman-Elton John Tribute Band at Pine Trails Park Amphitheater.  The concert starts at 7:00 p.m., so bring your picnic chairs and blankets.

We will be giving away free soft served ice cream and slushies again to all attendees, as well as free back massages.  Last event, we ran out of ice cream, as we gave out over 300 cones.  But, have no fear, we will be well prepared for this event.  We enjoy meeting the Parkland public and participating in the many events that the city has to offer throughout the year.  In fact, we are hosting all of the Concerts In The Park & Comedy Showcase events and hope to meet more and more Parkland residents.

Since the beginning of 2010, there has been 13 total homes sold for a minimum of 1 million dollars in all of Parkland.  Of the 13 luxury sales, 5 were in Heron Bay, 3 were in Cypress Head, 2 were in Pine Tree Estates, 1 was in Tall Pines, 1 was in BBB Ranches, and 1 was in Parkland Golf & Country Club.

Parkland Commission Approves New Energy Lights At Terramar Park

New Eco-Friendly Lights Coming To Terramar Park

The City of Parkland is dedicated to going more green.  Earlier this month, the City Commission approved a contract to install more energy efficient lighting at Terramar Park athletic fields.  The city will save approximately $107,000 over then years.  Also, the city will only have to pay $9,000 for the new lights, which will a large amount of the money will come out of a $180,000 grant recently awarded to Parkland.
