Michael Citron – Realtor – Team Leader:

After many years of working in the real estate business, Michael decided that it was time to provide the public with the ultimate Parkland and South Florida real estate experience. As a result, he formed the Citron Real Estate Group. When Michael became a real estate professional over 13 years ago, there was no other place that he wanted to work than in Parkland, Florida, where he could make a difference. Michael lives, works, and plays in Parkland. His philosophy is that clients are not just buying a home, but a lifestyle. He has a true passion for selling real estate and exudes this enthusiasm with his clients and team members.

As a result, Michael and his team are very involved in the City of Parkland giving back to the community by sponsoring many of the great city events and is also involved with countless local charities helping to raise tens of thousands of dollars. Michael came up with the Parkland Parrot brand to help the team stand out from the competition. The Parkland Parrot has helped Michael and team become a recognized real estate leader in the local community.

Michael spends countless hours personally managing the ParklandParrot.com website and writes articles that are pertinent to the overall Parkland and South Florida real estate market. Michael is proud of his team’s pioneering achievements in real estate and is excited to help each and every client and become their lifetime Realtor. Michael graduated from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Master’s of English Education degree. He currently resides in Parkland Isles and enjoys working out and the many recreational activities that Parkland has to offer.

Stephanie Citron – Realtor – Buyers/Listing Specialist:

Stephanie Citron grew up in the local community and has been living here since she was 4 years old. She was the second graduating class of Stoneman Douglas High School in 1993, proud to be an Eagle. Stephanie graduated from the University of Central Florida, but eventually moved back to her home town. Stephanie previously managed subsidized housing for mentally ill individuals and veterans. She then became a licensed CAM Manager and managed Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout Miami- Dade and Broward County.

Stephanie currently resides in Heron Bay with her husband Howard and two children, Samantha and Ryan. Her daughter Samantha attends Westglades Middle School and son Ryan attends Heron Heights Elementary School.

Stephanie’s knowledge in the housing industry for the last 10 years provides insight to homeowners that can only come with experience. As a local real estate expert, she can use her skills to provide today’s homeowners with the best guidance, knowledge and expertise they need to either sell or buy their dream home.

Paula Alves is an expert, full-time local South Florida real estate professional. She brings a wealth of knowledge and over 11 years of experience to both buyers and sellers.  Paula also has worked in the mortgage business and carries this wealth of home financing knowledge when working with her clients. She is also bilingual and is fluent in English and Portuguese.  Paula has successfully worked with hundreds of real estate clients.

Paula is a proud mother of Tyler, who is 10 years old, and is extremely active in the local community.  She enjoys giving back and supports multiple local charities including the The March of Dimes, The Cystic Fibrosis, The Parkinson’s Foundation, etc.  She also enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play hockey at Incredible Ice Arena in Coral Springs.

Brooke Mortensen – Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator: 

Brooke Mortensen grew up in Coral Springs, FL and graduated from Coral Glades High School. She is our Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator and has been with our team for a year now.

Brooke processes all transactions, handles all client files as well as property management. Having her hand on every file, you can count on Brooke to answer any questions you may have and attend to your needs. She is constantly in contact with all respective parties on your transaction to ensure a smooth and successful closing!

Brooke is a mother to two precious toddlers, Isabella who is 2 and Mason who is 1. She will ensure that you and your family’s expectations will be exceeded.

Jorge Perez – Marketing Director:

Jorge Perez began working with our team as a Summer intern in 2016 and has since stayed on board as our Marketing Director. He handles all of our print marketing such as our Squawk Report, community newsletters, and postcards. He also handles all of our social media and online marketing.

Jorge is originally from Tampa, Florida and is currently a senior at the University of Florida and is pursuing his Bachelors in Business Administration. He has lived in Parkland for 2 years now and resides in Heron Bay with his family.

Jorge will always provide premier customer service with his dedication, professionalism and knowledge of the Parkland real estate market.
