There were 24 total single family sales for the month of November, 2014 ranging in price from $301,000 to $965,000. Among the November, 2014 sales, 4 were distressed sales (bank foreclosures or short sales).
Last month, there were 40 total single family homes sales in Parkland, Florida. There were 16 less November home sales from last month. As the year ends, it is normal to see a decline in overall home sales in Parkland and the rest of South Florida, as the holiday season is here. But, there are still home buyers looking to call Parkland home and live the Parkland Lifestyle before the close of 2014.
Distresses sales also continue to be an endangered species in the City of Parkland, which is great news for the overall real estate market in the city. Homes sales continue to grow in East Parkland. More and more buyers are seeing the value in both West and East Parkland. East Parkland home buyers have access to acreage communities without homeowner’s dues such as Pine Tree Estates and The Ranches. There are also communities where buyers can purchase homes in the East section of Parkland in the $300,000’s to $400,000’s.
