There were 4 less Parkland single family homes sold in the month of March, 2011 than in February, 2011. Among the March sales, 10 were distressed sales (bank foreclosures, short sales, or corporate owned properties). We have seen an increase in buyer activity in the Heron Bay community. There were 9 total sales in Heron Bay for the month of March, 2011. Buyers are seeing the many advantages of calling Heron Bay home for their families.
